La Table d'Aimé offers refined, authentic local cuisine, with a focus on respecting the local produce.
This restaurant, located at the heart of the Maison CAZES, naturally took its name from Aimé CAZES, founder of the Domaine and father of André and Bernard.
From the coasts of the Mediterranean to the lands of Catalonia, we've forged close links with local producers who bring us the fruits of their fishing, farming and harvesting, in step with the seasons.
Our dishes reflect the best of the region, with menus changing daily according to the market.

You'll find peace and quiet just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the coastal beaches. Each room is tastefully decorated, combining antique furniture with the warm colors of the region. The high standard of the rooms will provide you with the comfort and space you need to make the most of your stay. You'll benefit from wifi internet access, TV, private bathroom and WC. Home-cooked breakfast is included. You can also discover the specialties of Catalan culture at our convivial table d'hôtes, where the rhythm is set by local produce and good humor.

MARECHAL JOFFRE MUSEUM
Located in the house where he was born, in the heart of the old town of Rivesaltes, Marechal Joffre's birthplace-museum welcomes you to its 200m2 and 3 levels. On the first floor, in what was his father's cooperage workshop, his career and life are recounted. The family apartment on the 1st floor has been reconstructed; the birth bedroom with its alcove, the kitchen, the study furnished with the authentic elements that were in Paris and on which he wrote his memoirs, presents the gifts given by the Catalans of Barcelona, notably the album "Catalunya a Joffre" and personal objects such as his academician's tricorne or his jacket, as well as bronzes and paintings. The second floor, a former hayloft, is dedicated to the Battle of the Marne. Listed as a historic monument, the museum, the birthplace of Marshal Joffre, was awarded the Maison des Illustres label in 2011. The museum can be visited by groups out of season.

A true pioneer in the production and marketing of Roussillon wines, an expert in Biodynamics and a leader in Vins Doux Naturels, Cazes is a benchmark worldwide. The creation of a new tasting room and the restaurant "La table d'Aimé" in 2009 at the heart of the estate earned Maison Cazes 1st prize in the national wine tourism awards in the "wine site enhancement" category.
