Punctuated by various stops (Rivesaltes, Espira-de-l'Agly, Cases-de-Pène, Estagel, Maury, Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes, Lapradelle-Puilaurens and Axat), and enhanced by commentary, this 62-kilometre-long route takes you through vineyards, coniferous, oak and chestnut forests. It takes you from vineyards to coniferous, oak and chestnut forests, passing Cathar castles, Romanesque chapels and numerous engineering structures. This train runs from April to October. You can choose your route (full or partial) and transport your equipment (bikes and baby carriages) with complete peace of mind.

DOMAINE BOUDAU
Domaine Boudau is a family story that goes back to the beginning of the last century. Véronique and Pierre are the heirs at the helm of this fine vessel that sails on two seas (for there was indeed a sea once): Le Clos, 23 ha in the foothills of the Corbières, and Les Terrasses, 27 ha on the Baixas plateau. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone, but at different altitudes, giving full expression to the Boudau family's favorite grape variety: Grenache noir (more than half of the vineyard). The opening of the estate (already renowned for its VDN) to the production of dry Côtes du Roussillon wines 25 years ago, thanks in particular to its famous old Grenache, was a success. The conversion to ORGANIC will soon be the crowning achievement for this estate, regularly acclaimed by leading wine tasters. The 2020 vintage is the 1st AB-certified vintage.

DOMAINE DU LYCEE
In place for a number of years, the store showcases the work of the students and employees of the farm of the Lycée agricole de Rivesaltes (EPLEFPA Perpignan Roussillon). The estate's vines, fruit trees, fields of aromatic plants and olive trees are now organically cultivated, allowing visitors to discover the wines, fruit juices, jams, olives, olive oils and essential oils produced, while highlighting the educational know-how. Indeed, the farm sees students passing through on their way to put into practice the theories learned in the various training courses and courses offered on the site. The store is therefore a showcase for apprenticeships in agricultural production. Located on the site's parking lot, at 3 av des Pyrénées, the store is open Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm. A collection point for "La ruche qui dit oui", it also features a selection of products from other agricultural high schools in France...
