In place for a number of years, the store showcases the work of the students and employees of the farm of the Lycée agricole de Rivesaltes (EPLEFPA Perpignan Roussillon).
The estate's vines, fruit trees, fields of aromatic plants and olive trees are now organically cultivated, allowing visitors to discover the wines, fruit juices, jams, olives, olive oils and essential oils produced, while highlighting the educational know-how.
Indeed, the farm sees students passing through on their way to put into practice the theories learned in the various training courses and courses offered on the site.
The store is therefore a showcase for apprenticeships in agricultural production.
Located on the site's parking lot, at 3 av des Pyrénées, the store is open Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm. A collection point for "La ruche qui dit oui", it also features a selection of products from other agricultural high schools in France...
