Our charcuterie has been handed down from generation to generation since 1905.
Since 2008, Philippe Duffaud, 5th generation artisan charcutier, is the heir to traditional family values.
Passionate about his work, he wants you to rediscover the ancestral flavors of the Catalan terroir through his carefully selected creations, including Catalan fouet, dry sausages, chorizo... must-have products from the Perpignan region.
