It's a new dynamic that the Domaine has created around the major arts, in the form of "dinner shows" where art and gastronomy meet in harmony under the vaults of the Domaine's historic cellars.
The curtain rises! Domaine de Rombeau, in collaboration with La Compagnie du Théâtre d'Art, invites you to experience a unique evening where theater and gastronomy meet.
On arrival, you'll be greeted with an aperitif accompanied by Domaine Rombeau wines. Then take a seat at the table for an immersive experience: throughout the performance, you'll be served a starter, main course and dessert, each inspired by the world of the play being performed.
A unique evening where the pleasure of the senses takes center stage, celebrating both culture and gastronomy.

Domaine de Rombeau has belonged to the de la Fabrègue family for centuries, and has managed to preserve its identity by maintaining the unity of the Rivesaltes estate.
